A fast but very good haircut.
I love the concept of watching sports while waiting or getting my hair cut. I also really appreciate how all the staff is focused on providing outstanding customer service. But the thing that I appreciate most and that keeps me personally coming back, is the support that the corporate office provides to support our service personnel and our veterans.
The stylists are always friendly and do a great job. They know how I like my hair cut because I'm in your system. Once in a while I get the MVP and it's terrific.
Sonya is by far the best stylist I have found in the Charlotte area since moving here 3 years ago and I have been to A LOT of different barbers in the area. She is very experienced and unlike most of the shops in the area she spends quality time on my haircut and doesn't rush it. I went into SportClips with a free haircut I won expecting to get another hack job haircut but with surprise left a very happy customer. I would recommend Sonya to anyone I know. If everyone had the experience and took their time like she did going to GreatClips would be a no brainer!
Professionalism
You guys are always personable and talkative whichever store I go to and you are precise about my haircut even though it's a simple haircut. You make sure it comes out perfect by my standards by asking me what I think and you take the time to do it correctly the first time. You offer other services but don't force them on me and you always get me in and out in a timely manner. I refer everyone to Sport Clips and am extremely satisfied. I will continue to do my business there for as long as I need my hair cut.
