I like the fact that when I come in I’m greeted by a friendly host and I have a professional hair stylist doing my hair. You will always come out looking great!

Allana was incredible! She did an awesome job on my haircut which is always the most important aspect of the visit, so I truly hope she’s there When I return in a couple months. That’s the one disappointing thing about this particular location; I have not been able to get the same stylist twice. It makes me wonder why they’re leaving. It might be due in part to what I experienced at the very start of my visit. There was an older stylist, probably a manager that made everyone in the room feel awkward and uncomfortable because another stylist had moved a small can of hair product and apparently failed to return it to the previous location. It may have been my stylist that had committed the error, she apologized in front of everyone, but it seemed so incredibly inappropriate to reprimand in front of all employees and especially the customers. Geez, it’sa small can of hair product, not like the store isn’t full of them. I would have gladly bought one to avoid having Allana feel accused and guilty for having moved it. Ridiculous. Maybe that’s why stylists leave here. You might want to look into management practices. I remember when I started going here I could get the same stylist for at least two years. Good thing the amenities here are so nice. After this visit I hope it doesn’t happen again or I’ll look elsewhere. Thanks again, Allana, for a great job despite the awkwardness. You’re great!
