Like the hair stylists
I usually have a great experience here, except for today and for the stylist. She was kind of rude and didn't understand that you need to do a fade when doing a 3 on top and 1 1/2 on the sides, and argued with me about it.. I've been getting the same haircut since I've been coming here for the past 10 + years and she is the only one who didn't understand/question what I was wanting. She read the instructions to me when I questioned her about fading the line from the transition from the 3 to the 1 1/2 and just got hateful with me. Never will I ask for her ever again and will walk out if she's the one in line to cut my hair.

Amy is the best!! She is very professional and pleasant to be around. I think she is management material for sure. Amy moved from Paris rd to south of town, way out of my way, but I will continue going to Amy!

The person who cut my hair yesterday seemed to be in a terrible hurry and not at all detail-oriented. After several attempts to try to get her to even out the length of the hair and make my hair look more like a haircut than a weedwhacker accident, I gave up, paid and went home. I returned today, and Amy did a fantastic job of cutting and styling my hair. In addition, Amy's customer care was exceptional. I was shocked and disappointed by my experience yesterday, and feeling the opposite today because of both Amy's haircutting and interpersonal skills.
Staff is always great there. I've never had an even remotely poor experience. The only place I'll go!

The products used on my son smell so good! We bought conditioner today so we haven’t used it (at home) yet. And the staff is so friendly.
