Over a year and a half ago in AZ, I had the worst haircut that I had ever received. I vowed to never go back to Sports Clips. I ended up shaving my head because it was so embarrassing. The manager in that area tried to give me a free MVP with my next haircut, but I declined.
The South County St. Louis location was the only place available last weekend and I really needed a haircut, so I tried it again.
Toni ended up giving me one of the best haircuts that I’ve ever had and I will 100% comeback when she is available to cut my hair again. She changed my view on Sports Clips. I made sure to let her know that prior to leaving.

The staff is patient and friendly with my 6 year old. I can’t remember the name of the woman on our last visit, but she was very sweet. She made it a fun experience for my son who originally didn’t want a haircut that day!

I’ve been going to the other guys in the past and haven’t been happy with my hair. First visit to Sports Clips and I actually have a good feeling about my hair.
The stylist knew how to cut my son’s hair and made him feel welcome. We recently moved into town and have no found our place!
Services are great, fine it difficult to improve on the services. I did have a problem with the on line sign. I requested Toni R. because she did a great job working with me and I really like her . When I signed in I had a 25 minute wait, so I left immediately.for the store. When I arrived the board stated my wait time was 45 minutes. I left the store to get lunch and returned 15 minutes later.
When I checked the board I still had a 45 minute wait time . All tolled I waited a total of almost two hours for my MVP .
The ladies that work at this specific location are awesome, Arnold was my go to but the environment in this location is welcoming to me. I had a different stylist I believe her name started with T.? I’m terrible with names but she was just the sweetest most gentle I literally have to focus on not dozing off lol, I spent the better part of a decade I’m the Marine Corps Infantry, with several TBI’s so it’s nice to have a gentle hand on my head, also respectfully.. herself and the other ladies are pretty and enjoyable to be around.
