The girls are friendly and I can watch TV while getting my cut. I do think you are about $2-$3 more expensive than others in the area and that bothers me every time. I still get my haircut at your place, but it's an issue. Yes, I do use the punchcard promo.

This is my second time going to Sports Clips Ballwin MO specifically because of Brittany. I recently moved here from Northern VA and get me haircut every two weeks. I am former military and have a pretty good knowledge of what a decent haircut should look like. Brittany has been my seven barber since moving to Missouri and the only barber that has cut my hair twice since moving her. She is nice, pleasant and professional. She is now my go to because, above all, she listens to the client. I hope that you will be able to keep her long into the future and that there are opportunities to challenge and develop her talents within your organization . She is an excellent representative of your company and I would recommend her and the Ballwin Sports Clips without reservation.

I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. Great staff! Courteous and friendly. Love the hot towels and massage chairs (and the ability to pay to double-up on them). Honestly, thanks to the staff and the service, getting my hair cut feels like a mini vacation. My only complaint is the antiquated cash register - apparently it is still using a dial-up connection... How crazy is THAT? So the slowest part of my visit is checking out. Fix that and it will be a perfect experience.
