I like the MVP service and the ability to catch up on sports while waiting. Ashleigh did a great a job and took her time. Since my haircut is relatively easy I always take notice when someone takes their time and pays attention to the details. The other thing Ashleigh did well -- she said my name multiple times during the appointment. I've been a sales leader for 20 years and I always do this as well -- it helps clients and individuals feel like you are engaged with them and it creates rapport.
