I like the TVs. The haircuts are always completed the way I like him and they have notes in their system on how I prefer to have it cut. I have found all of the stylists to be courteous and friendly.

I had to travel about 3 hours and meet someone in Ballwin. Once I got there, the meeting was moved back so I had 2 hours before my meeting. I had needed to get a hair cut for several weeks, so I stopped in the Sport Clip in Ballwin Mo. I normally go to the one in Quincy IL. I waited less than 5 minutes and a young lady by the name of Ashley did my hair cut. She was very nice, and afterward I ask her several questions about your products and she was very polite, and assisted me in what she thought was the right products for me. And I am very pleased with the products and store there. I am not in that area very often, but If I am in the area and need a haircut I would have no problem stopping in.
My stylist was great fixed what wanted from last time I came in and hooked me up with an awesome beard trim! Thanks

Products are okay, but are not my favorites. The stylists range from outstanding to talented to mediocre to horrible. I'm not sure how to consistently find those who will deliver a great haircut since personnel turnover seems fairly high. This most recent haircut was outstanding. Unfortunately I moved to Florida and the Ballwin store is no longer very handy. The two closest stores there have produced okay, but not great, haircuts. If things were consistent I would certainly recommend your stores more.
