I came in only because I had a coupon for a free haircut, not intending to become a regular customer. The products and services are similar to your competition, but what sets you apart is Stephanie W. Not only did she give me a great haircut, she was very informative. She noticed things about my hair and scalp and offered solutions that Jude's had never even mentioned. Needless to say, I will be back. My only question now is can I request to have my hair cut by Stephanie every time?
Quick service, and I'm almost always satisfied, whereas at other walk-ins the service is often poor. Also, I have 2 boys, so having someone specialize in men's cuts is good.
They are both excellent.

I like the MVP option and the promotions offered to be rewarded for being a return client (the punch card). One thing that would be great, is a way to call ahead or go online to add your name to the list for a specific person. I always have Brandi cut my hair but sometimes know that I will have a long wait. If it is too long I have to leave and then come back hoping it is slower.
Stylists are friendly. Like the products, but they are a bit pricey.

The service and quality of service is the main thing I like. They always give me a good haircut especially when i waited a little too long to get one. Coming in is always a relaxing time when I can give haircut'er the time to do good job. In addition I do like it that you give the showers after the main hair cut to get rid of most of the hair you cut out so I can go out and be public without having hair falling out all the time.
Sports Clips is a little on the high side price wise for hair cuts but it is worth it.
Everyone was very nice and free upgrade for your first time was awesome!
I like the atmosphere and the hair wash station being secluded from the rest of the shop. More private feel.. Good stuff.

My son really likes that Stephanie understands just what kind of haircut he wants as a pre-teen. Nothing makes mom happier than a pre-teen who is happy with his haircut. My boys like how they are treated so respectfully at SportClips. This is the first place we've come to consistently with our boys.

The women who cut hair greet everyone with a smile and hello. They wash hair exceptionally well and ensure water temperature is just right.
