I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my recent experiences at your salon. I have been a loyal customer of Sports Clips for many years and have generally been quite satisfied with the service. However, I have noticed some changes in the scheduling system that have made my visits more challenging.
In the past, I used to be able to conveniently schedule appointments for my haircut. Lately, it has become more hectic, as my stylist is now the manager, and it seems that everyone prefers her services. As a result, I often find myself waiting in line for extended periods, even after booking a spot through the app.
Waiting for 2.5 hours on the app to get a haircut has become extremely frustrating. The current queuing system, while beneficial for those who don't mind who their stylist is, can be quite inconvenient for customers like me who have a preference.
I understand that accommodating walk-ins and spontaneous customers is important, but it would be highly appreciated if there could be an option to schedule appointments in advance. This would help ensure that customers can have a more predictable and efficient experience when they visit Sports Clips.
