My only issue has to do with the ongoing COVID situation. When asked about the cutter’s vaccination
status, I was told that they were “not allowed” to talk about that. As an 80 plus person with preexisting conditions, I feel that I have a right to know who is breathing in my face without a mask on! If the cutters did wear masks, this would be less of an issue. COVID is not over!

What a surprise. I have spent lots of money at lots of "so-called" high-end hair places and got low-end service. Not Sport Clips. No appointment. Just walked in. Five minutes from registering to the chair. And then after about 30 minutes of a "wonderful experience", I left relaxed with a great haircut. The stylist was personable and focused on customer service. She listened and then she gave me the exact cut I was looking for. Then a great shampoo and a massage chair and out the door feeling good. The cost was less than I used to tip at the places I went before. I'll be back. And we will make it a family affair.
Had a pleasant experience. Stylist was nice and asked me a lot of questions along the way to make sure I was happy, didn’t push product on me which was nice. Will be returning to this location for future cuts.

I got Ariana as my stylist and she was just simply amazing! I especially appreciated her patience with me as I try to explain what kind of haircut I want as I have Asian hair and showed her some pictures. Though I had a difficult time explaining the haircut, I can see how she actively was analyzing my hair and gave me good feedback on what she thinks may help me to achieve the look I wanted. She was thorough and easygoing which is a huge plus! I recommend anyone to go to her as I think she is very capable of doing her best to help you decide your haircut. I had a splendid time with her! I'm going to go to her again for my next haircuts.
