I travel for work so I don’t have a “regular” location. I had been in the Grandville location well over a year ago. When I walked in this week Cheyenne greeted me warmly and then mentioned the fact that I had been there once before. I got a great haircut and more importantly, I felt genuinely appreciated by Cheyenne as a customer. GREAT SERVICE! Thank you!
