Easy to set up an appointment through the APP. Though I have seen many walk ins frustrated that they have to use the app to 'get in line'. Staff is very quick and pleasant to help walk ins get in line.

My stylist was very friendly and cared about doing a good job with my haircut. Even though I had a coupon for a free haircut, she treated me just like an actual paying customer. As I was checking out, she saw a few hairs that she missed, which didn't show up until the right light, and she called me back to fix the problem. She could just as easily let it go, so I am very grateful that she was so professional about it.
