I love how Sami cuts my hair. She is the reason I keep coming back. It doesn't feel rushed. It doesn't feel like she is in a hurry to get to the next customer. She has excellent customer service skills and loves what she does. I see she treats every one of her customers the same way she treats me!

My stylist was great. She had her work cut out for her fixing another salons mess up. The last stylist took the thinning shears to the middle back of my head, and I could feel it everytime I ran my fingers through it. Anyways... I can't thank her enough! Thank you! I will be back.

Like the Triple Play. I also Like the hot and cold (when offered) towel wraps; especially a dual wrap. I also like the new different scent options offered; still like the original, but nice to have options.
I would like to see a Triple Play with the addition of the second cold wrap (when offered) in another service, rather than just have it as a bundled option to the MVP; not a fan of the massage.
