While I rated you a 10, my rating for my stylist would be a 5. I'm a regular twice a month MVP customer.
My stylist for this visit was Kennedy. While the cut itself was fine, I was disappointed in the MVP experience. Facial message...maybe 15 sec, if that, and the shampooing, while a little longer, was just as bad. Certainly not what I've been used to at this location.
I felt like I was being "processed" as quickly as possible.
