Today, the check in app said ZERO waiting, I’m like WHAT. So into the car and off I went. Was greeted warmly and engaged in conversation with a staff member about decorating the shop. Got called back in less than 2 minutes of my arrival. My stylist was warm and engaging, did a great job on my cut. I really enjoyed the hot towel and scalp massage. (One of the reasons I choose sports clips). My cut looked great and I am extremely pleased with it this time.

I’ve gone back and forth as to whether I would recommend this location, because I have had some poor experiences, but the last 2 times I have gone have been great, and that is because of Kim. She’s a fantastic stylist and worth the visit.

Matt at the Holland location does an excellent job on my sons (David & James). We will only get cuts if he's working. He does exactly what they want and they say he gets it right every time. We will only book with Matt.
