Abigail in Holland is great. Gives customers a series of prompts to guide them through the appointment--how short to cut, beard trim, shampoo, beard softener, hot towel, etc. It's really helpful to the customer to know what is available. I like that each store has access to the notes about previous cuts. I've used a Michigan and a Florida store and the stylists know what I had the last time, even if it's at a different store.
