my hairstylist was very nice and kept a genuine conversation going with me. I was a little confused on the exact hairstyle I wanted and my hairstylist took the time to point me in the right direction. I am a California resident and I am here to take care of my sister because she recently had a child. I usually go to sports clips in California but since it was my first time are the Michigan Sport Clips location they upgraded me to the MVP. I was super happy to receive such treatment made me feel like a true "MVP." After the head wash the stylist took the time to explain what product she was putting into my hair and why it was good for the style I was going for. by the end of the visit I looked into the mirror and my hairstyle was exactly what I wanted.
I really appreciate the effort Sport Clips of Michigan (Kalamazoo) is doing. I am going to be in Michigan for another 2 months and I will defiantly be coming back here for another haircut before I go back to California.

My son LOVES his haircut! He sat in the chair with a picture for inspiration and told the Stylist what he liked about it and she delivered.
He's 15 so he goes solo while I sit in the waiting area so I didn't see how she styled it and he doesn't quite know how to recreate the look he left with so if I had to give feedback, that would be it. He still loves it but he keeps saying every morning I wish i knew what to do to make it look just as good on my own.

I appreciate the kindness the stylist have to my 93 year father when I bring him in. He moves slow, he is hard of hearing, so I know it is a challenge just to get him to the chair. However I appreciate that the stylist are kind, do not become frustrated with his limitations, but still send him out with a nice cut and looking his best.
