I absolutely love the staff! Every time I am there, it makes me feel like home. Growing up my dad used to cut my hair and just the conversation and the atmosphere. It truly is extraordinary and the staff is amazing. Everyone has their own style and each of their personality always makes the trip a great experience. My stylist is Kim, whom I believe is the Manager of the Portage, Michigan location. Kim has cut my hair for many years now, and I use Cherise as a back up. Both ladies are very cordial and professional. I always tease Kim that my wife gets a 2 hour cut (and whatever else) and mine takes 9 minutes! Yes, I certainly would recommend them to others!
Personal attention
Alexis is wonderful with our little boy! She's patient, creative, and fun. We have returned to Sport Clips because Alexis is such a great professional.
I've never had a bad haircut in 8 years. The wait is a problem for some, unless you know how to use the check in online feature. You should push that more. Great place.
Sign in online features saves tons of time waiting in lobbies. Haircuts are always consistent!
