Website is a bit sketchy. Log in and get an appointment, then it seems to track normally for a while (providing updates on where in the lineup and estimated time to appointment). However, twice now, upon relogging in, it will not show my appointment any longer. When I call, it will be in your system but makes it hard to judge when to show up.
