I'm so grateful for online check-in. I can see how long the wait is before I head out. If there's a wait, I can delay my arrival to run another errand, if there's no significant wait I'll cruise right in.
My most recent visit, as I arrived to the shop, I was wearing an identification item (last name only), and was greeted by my first name even before touching the keyboard to complete the in-store check-in.
They always ask if I want the same style, and have it in front of them on paper. I choose the MVP for the hot towel treatment, shampoo, and scalp massage.
There's always good conversation, as well.
The products used during the MVP treatment smelled amazing! After my haircut, Nioxin was used to wash and condition. As a finishing touch the stylist used a new curling cream, that is a must have from the brand STMNT. Not only did the fragrance last longer than an average product, it also made me remember a great experience at Sport Clips! Thank you Tina!

AS always I was greeted by First name removed at the Portage, MI location. She smiled and welcomed me back to Sports Clips. She asked how my day was going and how she could help me with a new haircut. A very beautiful and friendly smile and the haircut I fully expected. Always a good visit and even better haircut. Wendy is amazing and my son just adores her! She is always so sweet with him (he's 3), and I have never had a bad experience or a haircut on him I don't love! She recommended a hair glue that keeps his hair styled through all pictures and occasions! Thanks for being an amazing woman Wendy!!!
