The waiting list times are very accurate, so I don't have to wait long after arriving. I always use the next available stylist, but my haircuts have been very consistent. I greatly enjoy the hot towel, shampoo, and head massage. It's the only way I pamper myself. I wish all of the stylists understood how much that part of the service means to most men. If they all knew how much we enjoy it, they might be trained to see that to most of us, it's more important than the haircut.
