I particularly like the online check in. My most recent trip to the shop was after a very long mandatory shut down. I normally get a cut every six to seven weeks, however this time it was nearly 5 months. I have COPD and use oxygen, it was 87 degrees outside which compounded my breathing problems. When i arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, I called on the phone and the person I spoke to understood I could not sit outside. I stayed in my vehicle in air conditioning until they called me back to come into the shop.

Bekah, at the west main site in Kalamazoo, was wonderful to talk to, very courteous and conscientious, and performed admirably with her hair cut skills and interpretation of what I was after.

I was told they don’t really do female haircuts (which I was aware of) but they were a lot more comfortable once I told them I wanted all of my hair chopped off. The stylist who cut my hair was very kind, and took time to make sure I got exactly the cut I wanted.
