I like the call ahead for an arrival time so there is less waiting. I realize you are doing this more due to Covid and the elimination of the waiting areas (Michigan), but would like to suggest you maintain this going forward. It was not uncommon to have to wait for 45 minutes for a 10 minute haircut prior to Covid.
