Well organized for not taking appointments. I liked that they use texting to keep you updated for your appointment time so you aren't stuck in there waiting and can maximize your time.
I was especially impressed with Carly who took the time to listen to what my son wanted in a haircut. She actually recommended that we don't cut anything off, just shape and trim it. She even took the time to show him how to style it. I will definitely be back.
