The stylist was very personable and made getting haircuts for my 2 and 3 year old fun and enjoyable. Both my wife and I left very happy with the experience. The only thing that was funny was logging them in, since they don't have an account, but that was tech failure and we got it resolved quickly.

I've been going there for years this past experience.I had two days ago, wasn't the greatest.She did not do a very good job.And there was nobody in the place except for me.And two other stylists, so I might have to choose another location even though I really like the one by sam's club is she rushed right through my m?V p when nobody's in there, usually they'll give you a little bit longer time.For the massage or the towel or the shampoo.She just rushed right through it
