I absolutely love the Senior Room. I think both exercise places have value. I like the socialization and exercise equipment in the senior room. I feel very successful in that environment. I have met new friends while working out. I feel that the equipment is designed for someone my age.

So many things for seniors and other activities all the time.

I love the pool! The machines in the wellness center are up to date and available without waiting. The high
ceilings in the pool and the wellness center give lots of natural light and good ventilation. This with friendly patrons and staff give an uplifting sense of well being.

Over 50 exercise class, chair yoga and line dancing in the evening and Saturdays

I'm new but love it so far

Your staff is very caring towards seniors they always show compassion and takes time during the classes to explain how to properly exercise and have fun. The seniors are treated with RESPECT and the staff educates seniors how to take care of yourself and stay healthy.

I enjoy my workouts in the Senior room. I have enjoyed the whirlpool or hot tub when it is available.

I love the senior room and I also like the site which is clean The staff is really nice and helpful, also I like all the activities they have available.

I visit the senior room, and all the seniors are friendly and caring. The workers at the check-in desk are knowledgeable and friendly as well.

There's more of a variety of activities (exercise, trips, book club). When the weather breaks, I suggest more trips

i just like that i am able to do these things and be productive like playing basketball, exercising in the weight room , playing in the teen room and other activities.
