I love having access to the smaller, quite room with exercise machines for older members. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. My 88 year-old mother loves the exercise classes for seniors. Facilities are always clean and tidy.

I a a newbie but look forward to joining the evening water aerobics class and some other exercise classes.

I like the chair yoga and the classic exercise. I also enjoy the arthritis class . The senior exercise room is also a great asset to this Y, I don’t feel comfortable working out in the main equipment room.

I enjoy all the activities for the seniors. Being a retried Hygienist I need to fill my days, going on the short trip with the ymca members gives me a chance to socialize and explore.

I like the times the program activities are scheduled.I the cleanliness of the YMCA building. Chris and Dawn do a fantastic job in keeping the floors safe and sanitary. Louise, Donna and Yvonne are all good at what they do at the YMCA.

Staff is very patient and caters to the needs of the individual. You feel safe and secure in your surroundings while in the pool.
