What do you like about our programs and activities?

Not crowded. I don’t like the coffee being served because the group of men that sits there every morning take up all the seats and drink too much. They stare at the women coming in. It’s every day. I feel bad complaining but it’s too much.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Mike at the North Royalton branch is a saint! I never read over my emails the YMCA sends me and forgot to my renew my membership in time. Mike is always very patient and understanding and was able to get me my renewal rate a week after I missed the deadline. Thanks for Mike and staff on taking good care of me and signing me up for automatic renewal so I don’t have to worry about this again. Thanks again!
