We’ve not taken any classes. We do hii out sever enjoy the track and Agee of the workout equipment.
Hi, right now I'm using all the machines in the long hallway. Basically resistance and stretching out these old bones! I'd love to join a beginner yoga class, and would love to see more options or classes.
This facility is awesome, love the selection of machines and I can always find an empty room for essential stretching!
Everything
The Silver Sneaker classes provide opportunities for seniors to safely increase strength, develop cardio and develop balance and flexibility.
Kristy is upbeat, positive and welcoming. Vickie is friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging.
The desk staff are friendly and polite and helpful.
I think the facility is great. I have two suggestions. I would like to see all people in the pool with a cap on. Some people have really long hair in a ponytail and I can only imagine what that does to your filters. You could sell caps at the front desk and make some money. I also would like to see lockers for rent on a monthly basis. Just another way for the Y to make some money.
Programs for seniors
All areas are always clean!!
I like the equipment room and the walking track. The swim classes are great. I do think it’s time to open it up to more than 15 people. Maybe you have, I haven’t been for awhile.
The programs you offer, swimming, and exercise equipment.
I like the water exercise classes and the instructors that teach them.
