great facility...pleasant staff
Great staff and a beautiful facility. I just started going to the Y and only used the pool to swim laps and use the hot tub which are amazing. With all the programs offered, I know I'm going to enjoy the Y for years to come.
there is alot of things toget envolved in at the Y

Indoor walking track
I like the instructor for chair yoga! She’s very knowledgeable & knows how to give us ways to adapt to our personal adapt abilities.
every thing

I have always liked what the Y stands for. My parents took us to the old Ridgewood YMCA on Smith Rd. in Middleburg Hts. in this 60’s where I learned to swim, was an Indian Guide, and where we were members of the camper’s club they had until the mid 70’s.
I have enjoyed the North Royalton Y classes up until Covid came and changed so much of life. Regrettably, I still don’t feel comfortable taking a class in a small, poorly ventilated room with a bunch of heavy breathers. If not for Covid concerns, I’d still be taking classes. I especially like the spinning classes, and I also miss Angela Ventura’s kick boxing class too. Pilates was also a favorite.
As a retiree, I’m utilizing the cardio and weight machines in the large open area during less crowded times. Great job updating the cardio machines and I look forward to the updating of the weight machines. They have served us well but are past their prime. I also appreciate the updates such as the new flooring, the pool maintenance, and the complimentary coffee.
Good job!
