Constructive coaching
I like the positive focus and the learning aspect. My daughter is in the 5-6 basketball and though not really a good player she has learned to dribble. I love when I'm sitting on the floor watching a game that younger siblings are playing on the side lines and it really feels like a fun and safe place for families.
My son played in the 9-11 league and that was fun to. The refs and coaches are great.

I love the Y. I'm there almost everyday. Love yoga, cycle, Zumba, step, silver sneakers classic. Great teachers. Meet all kinds of great people who I've become friends with because of the Y. I tell everyone how great the Y is.

Very convenient hours, especially early mornings. Staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Premises are always neat and tidy. I have nothing but positive things to say and positive feelings to share.

Weight room is great, having childcare available is outstanding
The facility is very clean and well kept. I wasn't going for a while and I got a call to check on me. Normally if you pay for the gym and don't go they don't care as long as you pay the bill, the follow up call shows that you really want to help your clients.
