All of the coaches are wonderful. They are skilled in private and group aquatic education. They pay attention and help children (and adults) increase their skills while having fun!

My kids take swim lessons and they love them. The instructors are fim and attentive. I take group fitness classes while they are swimming or playing in the kids room. The whole family just loves this cozy YMCA location!

I became a member of the Hillcrest Y in order to engage a trainer for regular exercise sessions. The array of other activities sponsored by the Y is impressive and enticing, but I'm afraid I haven't taken advantage of any of them thus far.
I like the pool exercises and the knotting group I also like the very friendly staff the YMCA is a welcome addition to the community.

Working with my personal trainer Sami. She has me doing things that I thought I would never do again. I also enjoy the various classes such as: Line dancing, chair yoga, strength and mobility class, Zumbi and Step class. All of the instructors are great at helping you maximize your fitness goals. The hours of operation for the classes are timely.
