Instructors are knowledgeable. Really enjoy Silver Sneakers exercise sessions. Balance, flexibility, mobility and SS yoga has given me strength and serenity. I've been working with a personal trainer, Anita, she has been very helpful and encouraging.

I prefer working out on my own. Hillcrest meets all of my needs for cardio and resistance training. Hillcrest Staff is always welcoming and available to help when needed. Wonderful fitness environment.
I like the AOA programs and activities. The number and variety of bus trips.
Everything but you need more classes in certain areas.

I like everything about Hillcrest. There are so many activities, workouts and don’t leave out the BUS TRIPS. My goodness they fantastic. The staff is always friendly!
Aquatic water classes for Arthritis.
I primarily use the pool which is great because of the available hours it offers for open swim. I took advantage of the swim lesson program which was awesome, mostly due to my swim instructor, Victoria being fantastic at teaching the basics - relaxing and being comfortable in the water. Also, I’ve attended the Aqua arthritis class which has made a difference in my flexibility. Rose, the instructor gives quite the workout and also a joy to be around.

You seem to always have a lifeguard for pool activities. You don’t have to cancel pool activities because you don’t have one.
I am relatively new to the Hillcrest Y, but I like the large quantity and diversity of activities, including activities and events outside of the Y. Also, so far I like the instructors
I love the sports camp, it is a fun and friendly environment. I only had issues with the registrar office (not the sports camp). Ms. Tracey ( sports camp director) at the Hillcrest location helped me with those issues. Ms.Tracey customer service is great and she is always willing to go above and beyond. Her willingness to help with issues I had in a different department and building helped me to change my mind and reinstate my membership. I give this place a 10/10
Great atmosphere, great staff, very positive vibe, helpful and friendly. The weight room and aerobic machines are fantastic.
A new batch was opened on request at 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday for adults.
New batch start date should be communicated over phone to existing enrolled participants either via a call or text message . Doesn't matter if it goes to voicemail. Lot of people don't check their emails on regular basis.
Patience, professionalism, and talent of the instructors/lifeguards at Hillcrest. My baby was confidently floating after two sessions! She is excited to continue and I have full confidence that she is well on her way to becoming a swimmer because of the aquatic program!

A Wonderful family like atmosphere is offered at the Hillcrest YMCA.
