Ms. Cynthia is great with the kids! I honestly continue to sign up for her. It's unfortunate how outdated Hillcrest facility is compared to other YMCAs.

Variety. There is something for everyone. One has to try what works for me. The staff and the instructors are very friendly, respectful and professional. They are willing to help me out with my personal comfort zone. I am grateful to all of them. Although, currently I have some limitations for myself. I do think everyone would benefit from using this facility.

Swimming
Whatever changes the Aquatics Department has made, keep making them. I am really enjoying the program's stability, and Greg is a fantastic instructor. At this time, I am hopeful that my child will be a long-term participant in this current program.

I love you guys so much. I wish you would start a swim team so I can come back with my daughter. She loves the Hillcrest Y. We moved to the Geauga Y because of the swim team.
Appreciate close proximity to home, indoor pool, friendly staff, the Hillcrest Y is such a neighborhood asset, thank you.

I like the instructors, the variety of classes and the fellowship with other members. And I like that it is covered by my insurance with the Silver Sneakers program.

I love that the activities can include the whole family. I especially love the emphasis that is dedicated to our youth who want to play in sports.
We love how hands on and informative the basketball coaches are. We gladly make the drive just for your youth basketball program! We love coach Robert and Tracey is always helpful and attentive whenever we have questions.
I enjoy my life dance class on Tuesday mornings at 11 PM. It’s spacious helpful and fun.

I think the instructors are top notch and the schedule of classes suits me well!
If you can please add an indoor track and make the gymnasium larger. I love everything else and the people are nicer than the other YMCA in the area.

The YMCA basketball program is fantastic for my children. Coach Robert and Coach Greg are fantastic coaches. The amount of patience and dedication they have to give to the kids is incredible. Ms. Tracy is the foundation of this program and we are so grateful for her and her dedication.
