What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the AOA/Silver Sneakers exercise programs. If you haven’t exercised in awhile, these classes are a great way to reintroduce your body to healthy exercise and movement. I am grateful for these classes and feel great!

I have only taken the cardio dance classes and love them. I haven’t been a member that long but will look into other classes and programs that are offered.

I really don't participate in many programs but enjoy using the group exercise room to practice ballroom dancing with my husband, and using the weight machines.

All the staff for the summer camp have been phenomenal!! They are great with the kids and always very responsive when I have questions. Would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a fun experience for their kids. The activities and programs they offer are very fun for the kids!

It seems like the kids learn something new every day. They love their camp counselors and all the new friends they've made. I've told several people already that I highly recommend it for next summer.
