Your Senior Bus Trips are wonderful very much loved and appreciated. All of the French Creek YMCA Employees are very friendly, certious and informative of their job skills. The YMCA enriches our lives and society. I am a happy member of their Exercise classes. And a new start up group of Self Defence & Kick Boxing . Being taught by their very qualified instructor named Brandon .

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We, me & my wife, are seniors, enjoys many programs of gymnastic classes, Yoga and many other gymnastics’classes - about 30 min - 1 hour ! I like so many excersice equpipments of my choices that I have my routines to enjoys ! Swimming area is good & have warm water Jacuzzi & Sauna area too

I am a lap swimmer and haven't participated in many other activities.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the exercise classes. The instructors are very good and keep us very active. I like to go first to a movement class and then a yoga type class to stretch and calm down a bit. I am very glad they are set up that way.
