We enjoy the availability of the facility. And use it primarily for the exercise rooms.
I love the variety of classes for Seniors. The time just flies by. Many instructors also educate about rationale behind activities and how it protects our bodies from injuries. A person is more likely to participate if they understand the physiology behind the activity.

I appreciate that I can slip into my day for a workout with ease. There are classes to fit all needs.
The people are very friendly and helpful. I love the pickleball program. The Y is full service.
Enjoy Nancy's water class, a lot to do with her personality and no judgement. I would be very interested in an additional water class that was arthritis.

Programs & exercise machines available. Only concern is the pins used to change weights on machines are not very helpful to those that have arthritis in their hands. They have a hard time adjusting the weight they need to use without some assistance.
The Pickleball Clinic was fantastic.

I love aguasize class with Gail. It’s fast moving, fun, and a great workout. Gail is an excellent teacher and really cares that everyone learn the correct way to do the exercises to avoid injury and get the most out of it. I wish she could have 3 classes a week instead of 2.

I only come to use the weights. I'm happy to see another leg press machine.
Use the pool mostly. Only gripes I have are that comp pool is too cold at times. They keep aquatic office door open and it blows cold air into pool so it's cold when you swim and exit pool. They also keep door to parking lot open at times and cold air blows in there as well. Womans locker room is cold. Is there issues with ventilation system in the Y? Why does swim team use the womans locker room? Thought they were to use girls locker room?
