ALSO YOU E-MAILED ME ABOUT THE NEW HYDRO MESSAGE YOU JUST GOT IN. BUT I WANT TO TELL YOU I CAME AND SAT IN THE HOT TUB. I SAT FOR 10 MINUTES IN YOU SAUNA. YOUR SAUNA WAS ABSOLUTELY DIRTY. IT NEEDS CLEANED. ALONG WITH THE WOMENS LOCKER ROOM AND POOL AREA FLOORING AND WINDOWS WERE DIRTY IN THE SWIMMING POOL AREA.
I CLEANED FOR THE LORAIN Y.M.C.A. IN LORAIN OHIO FOR 5 YEARS. I HAD EVERY POOL WINDOW CLEANED SPOTLESS, WATER FOUNTAINS SPOTLESS MAIN FOIR INTRANCE CLEANED UP ! OUTSIDE FRONT DOORS CLEANED. PICKED UP GUM CIGERETTE BUTTS THROWN GARBAGE AROUND OUTSIDE FOIR DOORS, GARBAGE SOME IN PARKING LOT. GARBAGE THROWN IN LANDSCAPING AREA OF FRONT ENTRANCE. I CLEANED UP A LOT IN THE KITCHEND. CLEANDED AND SCOURED SINK, CLEANED INSIDE COOLER DOORS OF SILVER DOOR BOXES THAT WAS A REFRIGERATOR, CLEANED THE STAINLESS STEEL OF SINK OUTER PART AND SHINED, MOPPED FLOORING IN KITCHEN CLEAND AND SCOURED OUT AND INNER GARBAGE CANS ON ROLLERS THAT WE KEPT INSIDE OF KITCHEN.
I ALSO REMOVED LARGE SCREWED IN AIR VENTS TO WALLS BY WHERE PEOPLE WOULD SIT TO WATCH PEOPLE SWIMMING. I SHOP VACED A LARGE INSIDE WALL TO VACUME IT FOR GOBBS OF DUST. ALSO CLEANED ALL DOOR WINDOWS THAT WENT TO DIFFERENT ROOMS THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE GLASS. CLEANED UPPER MENS AND WOMENS RESTROOMS ON MAIN FLOOR, CLEANED WOMENS SAUNA IN WOMENS HEALTH SPA AREA. CLEANED WOMENS HEALTH SPA CEILING PIPING WHEN FANS WERE RUNNING DOWN STAIRS IN WOMENS SPA LOCKER ROOM ARE CLEAND MISS KITTY'S MASSAGE ROOM, HER MATTS AND DUSING DISINFECTING THE COUNTERS IN HER MESSAGE ROOM. ALSO, CLEANED IN DOWNSTAIRS EXERCISE ROOM AS THEY RAN BIG FANS TO COOL PEOPLE OFF FROM EXERCISING. I WENT UP ON LADDER AND DUSTED PIPING, FANS, DISINFECTED EXERCISE MACHINES, DID A LOT OF DUST CLEANING IN CEILING.
SO, YOU NEED TO GET THAT SAUNA CLEANED UP, EVEN IF THE CLEANING DO NOT DO IT CALL A CLEANING COMPANY OUT TO GET IT CLEANED ! YOUR POOL LARGE WINDOWS WERE DIRTY ALL OVER, FLOOING AROUND POOL WAS A MESS !
I HEARD AT THE LORAIN Y THAT WE WOULD HAVE 3 OR 4 PRIVATE CLEANING PEOPLE FOR A YEAR OR 2 OR 3 AND THEN THEY WOULD QUIT AND THEN THEY CALLED OUT A CLEANING COMPANY FROM LORAIN AND THE POEPLE WERE NOT DOING THE CLEANING PROPERLY. OUR LORAIN Y BEFORE I GOT THERE WAS A DIRTY MESS.

There are sooooo many classes for active seniors. The facility is always clean and the staff is friendly and ever so helpful. There are many weight machines and the new EGYM is very popular and helping clients get stronger with each use. Opportunities for outstanding personal trainers are available right on site day and evening appointments. The latest NEW feature are two hydro massage chairs. There many pieces of cardio equipment as well as a well appointed weight room,

Lot of variety -- something for everyone. I'm a senior and there are plenty of classes and activities for me to choose from.
Competition pool is available almost all the time.
Good selections. However there appears to be a bottleneck at some of the classes on second floor around 9:30 and 20:30. Perhaps relocating class to larger area is a better option. Of course summer it may not be possible due to Y camp.
Great instructors but classes are crowded. Would love to see arthritis yoga and tai chi classes around 2 to 3 pm is the larger exercise room. The smaller room gets too hot, stuffy and crowded.
I like the new e-gym. I also enjoy using the free weights and the other resistance machines. Haven't had a chance to try the new glute machines. Tried the hydromassage and it was okay. I wouldn't pay to use it. I need to try some classes. Just haven't had time yet.
