Senior programs
Variety of programs for all ages. Clean facility, friendly staff
My only gripe was closing the pool area which eliminated my use of the sauna. So I have been using the Westlake Rec. Center instead. Why would it take so long to clean or replace filters. I went to swimming pools much larger than this growing up and never was the pool closed for 2 weeks for anything. Not understanding.

The staff are very nice and helpful
First of all Asia did an outstanding job in explaining the way the fitness equipment worked. I am very impressed with the e-gym program. It’s a comprehensive workout that Taylor made based on one strength and ability.
I also am involved in the aqua jog class with Amy Lynn. This is another excellent class that gives the participants a good cardio workout.
To the YMCA, keep up the excellent program and more importantly continue to train and retain the excellent staff.
I like the group exercise classes with well prepared instructors.
A large variety of classes is offered and they are always fun and enjoyable. I also enjoy the social aspect of the group classes.
Great place to work out and meet new friends. It’s also very clean!

Activities keep little bodies moving! It’s a great balance of fun and some down time, mixed in with swimming, field trips and more. Everything is very organized as well. From drop off to pickup, everything is scheduled so makes it very easy to manage. Great communication each week too! Great overall program!

As a Senior travel choices are the best.
Some good programs and exercise classes for seniors. Excellent walking track and various exercise machines. Pool is available also. Nice gym for basketball.
My daughter had so much fun at camp. It made me feel good dropping her off and knowing she was happy.

I use the egym, cycle class and the sauna. I attend on average 6 times a week in the 5am through 7am time.
