What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love my Wednesday chair yoga class. Kathy is the best! She does an awesome job with senior programs and great trips too.

I like everything about the Y except where the senior workout machines are located..
I loved the small room we used to occupy. Could it be moved to a corner more private area?

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I'm a swimmer and the pool at the Y is the best around. The temperature, chemicals, and filtration far out rank any other pool I know of.

There is a great variety of programs for all ages. I love all the instructors at the Silver Sneakers classes. The staff and instructors are pleasant, helpful and always willing to help. They treat me as an important individual and respected.

I like the different activities and machines. I like the atmosphere friendly employees.A great place to visit so far I love the chair yoga the instructors are all very good at teaching the class.
