What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the Active Older Adult trips. As far as senior exercise classes, need more Fitness After Fitness style classes instead of Zumba Gold. Zumba Gold is a calorie burner but that's all. With Fitness After 50 you get some weights and resistance and balance. Love NIA

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the Cycle classes at night - after a stressful day at work, I know I can come and sweat it out in the dark and just enjoy a good ride. Love Renee's classes (all of them!). Also love Kathy and Jackie's Saturday morning's classes.

The entire facility is extremely clean and spacious. The swimming pool was fantastic, and there were plenty of lap lanes to accommodate all swimmers in their individual lane.

I enjoy working out in the gym area and am looking forward to trying some of your classes. The staff at the front desk is very personable and helpful.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Instructors are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun. The facility is kept very clean and orderly.

I especially liked the exercise machines for older people. I also like the puzzles that seem to have disappeared. I hope I'll be able to get back to water aerobics soon I loved that

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We like everything! Great selection of machines with lots of windows so you don't feel boxed in. CLEAN! NICE pools-1 for exercise and 1 for laps Sauna and Hot Tub too. There is a walking area and Basketball courts and MORE....... Not to mention all of the classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The programs and activities are pretty well organized and for the most part the instructors are knowledgeable. It is very important for the instructors to make participants feel they are getting their needs met. With the exception of one instructor who needs to find a job she enjoys, all the instructors I have experienced and from what my friends say, the crew of instructors are top-of-line and show the positive face of the Y.
