Promotional Statement for French Creek YMCA November 23, 2021
I like French Creek YMCA in Avon because it has all the exercise equipment I need for a complete physical body work-out that includes both aerobic and strengthening exercises. There is also a separate room that has floor mats and associated equipment that is convenient for cool down and stretching. The equipment is routinely cleaned and adjusted.
I have been a member of French Creek YMCA since 2013 where I have typically completed my personal exercise program every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. My wife also attends where she enjoys participating in the one-hour group exercises while I complete my exercise and stretching program.
We also participate in awesome bus trips that are sponsored by French Creek YMCA. These trips have resumed again since the pandemic has subsided. We have traveled to places like New York City where we attended shows on Broadway and walked in Central Park and toured Trump Tower. Another memorable trip included Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee! No, we didn’t get to see Dolly!

My only exercise has to be swimming. There are many pool classes and then open swimming. I enjoy the clean and friendly atmosphere complete with friendly staff and patrons. It is a joy
