The studio has good vibes and the instructor, Sabre was amazing. I love her class, her energy, and her sequence with some challenging poses that pushed me just enough forward.
Tiera was a beautifully intentional instructor who challenged us all to take a moment and release our expectations and sink into the practice. I had a lot on my mind Sunday morning and through the series of asanas I was able to work through a lot of it. I left class feeling lighter and exhausted. It was a tough class but in the best way. I'll definitely be back.

Instructors ! H street getting more experienced instructors . Shaw instructors are great and provide a hard work out . I’m hoping H street follows the same direction as Shaw.
I really and enjoy the instructors and love H street! I def think there needs to be more stock ups of cleaning supplies for students mats and cleaning the floors by the locker rooms but besides that I really enjoy the studio
I love the classes! I just wanted to provide feedback that the water fountain didn’t seem to be working well and the room temp seemed much hotter than normal. Other than that, everything was great!
As a first-time attendee it was an overall great experience! The instructor, Taylor H, provided a fun flow, and the playlist was awesome. I look forward to coming back again!
