The Swimtastic instructors and teaching method is outstanding! Our main reason for enrolling or sons in lessons was to gain water safety skills. Our school-aged children began lessons, fearful of going underwater and never being able to go under without plugging their noses. After one lesson, they built trust with their instructor and their confidence skyrocketed. They quickly became excited for lessons and the fear subsided. They now are able to safely maneuver through the water are learning actual swim strokes.
My son was afraid to go underwater six months ago and is now able to swim freely on his own. Love this place!
The whole operation. Signing up for lessons is very flexible. The kids come in, swim, change, and leave. There no room for playing around and extra time. All of the teachers are good with kids and encouraging. The staff at the desk is very friendly and knowledgeable.
My daughter loves her teacher. Everyone has made us feel very comfortable. In just two lessons my daughter has gone from being petrified of water touching her face to floating comfortably on her back.
The staffs were approachable, friendly, and talked to me right away about swimtastics. The staff even did a tour to me and my children around the facility.

We love the team and swim facilities. The only improvement I would like to see is if there were more private showers for use after swimming class. One of the two showers is missing the handheld shower hose and sprayer, so it's not as good for washing my child's hair after swimming. So myself and a few other parents with kids' classes ending at the same time end up racing to be the lucky one who gets to use the one good shower.

We returned back to swimtastic after a year in a half break because my kids were begging to go back for swim lessons. Swimtastic made the re registration process super easy and worked with me on getting my 2 kids who are in different levels into the same class and making it work around our busy schedule. The kids loved their new swimming class with Jordyn and are excited to return again next week.

We have been very impressed with the staff at Swimtastic Kenosha as they are very pleasant and helpful. We also appreciate the flexibility Swimtastic offers with scheduling. We have two kids that are involved in different activities. Depending on the season, our schedule changes. It has been wonderful being able to change classes to suit our schedule.
