My Seller clients were very happy with the communication and responsiveness from Campbell And Brannon during the preclosing and volunteered that feedback. It was back-to-back closings so we waited 45 minutes for the first one which got delayed and then stayed another hour for our closing. Everyone got along so it was fine, but sometimes in these situations, it would be nice to offer the seller the ability to sign so they can leave more quickly. Steve was a pleasure to work with as always!
