Great service. My only suggestion would be if you sign up for a stylist and you show up early, you shouldn't be passed over multiple times for people who sign up for "first available".

I received a great cut. I didn't sign in online. A 40 minute wait wasn't bad with sports tv in waiting area. On Friday they were busy. Each customer got the same great care and cut!
