Website is obnoxious and difficult to use. The logo and other non-essential advertising covers most of the viewing area, obstructing information to complete the online log-in process. Almost impossible to even determine the wait times. Consequently, I tend to avoid using Sports Clips unless I receive a special promotional offer. You probably employ some "smart, millennial type engineers" to design your website; immature, inexperienced people who assume everyone uses the internet the same way they do. WRONG!!!! Take a class, make that classes, in ergonomics. Learn how to make the interface usable for a broad spectrum of users.

Mattie H. is great. She’s the only person that we allow to cut my son’s hair and from now on the only one that will cut my hair. She has a great personality and really listens to how we want it cut.
