The service
The were quick to get their customers into a chair upon arrival. The set up in which you sign in or schedule an appointment has been so simple and easy and a faster way of checking in. Sadly, I cannot remember my hairdressers name, but she did an excellent job on my hair, she didn't rush through it and covered all specifics that I had asked for. You could tell she took pride into what she does and wanted the customer feel that they had received the style cut they were looking for. I definitely recommend going to sports clips, especially the Middletown location because that is the location I went to and they were amazing there.

I am an MVP holder and I just went in for a neck & over the ear trim. Signed in, Mattie was finishing up a client and I was show a wait time of 20 minutes. When Mattie was finished she waved me on, her next client was late, and had me in and out in 10-12 minutes. Great professionalism.

I came in on a Sunday evening, about 45 minutes before they closed. I know they were ready to go home, but Jennifer did a great job on my hair; It didn't feel rushed at all.

Tammy at your Breckenridge Lane store in Louisville, Kentucky is an very hard worker. She seems to be there all the time. Many times she is there serving customers with no other employees. Yet she keeps a smile on her face, does a professional job, does not make you feel rushed and yet gets you in/out in a timely manner. She always willing to take time to recommend products that have been very beneficial to me. I think Tammy is an outstanding person and an asset to your company. Hope you value her as much as I do.
