I love the services and the app makes checking in convenient. I do feel that the price is going up too quick. I tip my stylist, but the price has gone up nearly 50% over the last couple of years, and I don't want to pay too much, and I'm tipping a couple of dollars less.

Have had my MVP done by several different barbers and all ask how I want my hair cut. I have worn my hair the same style for decades and just let it get a little longer in winter and a little shorter in the summer. They always work with me and don't stop till I'm satisfied with the look.
