Janet Caprara is my “go-to” stylist. She’s outstanding: I just sit, relax, talk and she’s got me figured out, style-wise, and we’re friends. I always enjoy a very relaxing and pleasant experience. All of the staff can and occasionally does cut my hair if Janet isn’t there, but I’m usually in synch with her. Maybe a mid-cycle neck trim is when I interact most regularly with others in a chair. All staff are terrific; I’m just one of Janet’s regulars.
I was disappointed to hear today from Janet at checkout that the 10% Military discount has been eliminated for all but MVP services. I paid my bill, it’s just 10% more than normal. Still tipped Janet my usual $20.

Sir, I understand you’re an Air Force veteran; I understand your service in very general terms; thanks for your service. I respect your prerogative to make business decisions, but this one flies in the face of good customer relations with the few in our country who are Veterans of America’s Armed Services. Respectfully, we all used to be “VIPs” at SportClips, and I encourage YOU, Mr Logan, to step up and reverse that business decision that fosters unnecessary disappointment among vets who are customers. Further, why are you slighting vets who just want a quality haircut after the policy of honoring ALL of us has been a main-stay element of customer relations with that small segment of our Country’s population who also select SportClips as their place to stay squared away? I hope you’ll give a call or email, Mr Logan. We can talk this over a bit, as well as catch up and share a few stories. My deceased dad-in-law retired with the rank of O-6 from Offutt AFB. My brother-in-law, (dad’s son/my wife’s bother), retired with the rank of O-9 from the Air Staff.

I've been going to Sports Clips for several year now and rarely have I gotten as nice and polite person as Molly. She was attentive to exactly the way I wanted my hair done and the product I wanted. I usually get the triple play based on my interaction with the styless and if its pleasant Its usually the best part of the visit but if I'm not comfortable I pass on it. Molly made me feel comfortable in her chair right away! We talked about the upcoming NCAA tournament, Indiana weather and had a few laughs. It was one of my best visits to Sports Clips! Thanks Molly!
