I like the professional work of the lady who cuts my hair. This store was the first SportsClips store I used but I switched to a store closer to my home. That move did not workout but I was fortunate enough to meet John and Christine Mills who invited me to return to their store rather than leave SportsClips. That proved to be a great move for me as I was fortunate enough to have a lady named Amie cut my hair. She has now cut my hair three times and has repaired 95% of the problems, which was no small task considering many issues. Glad I had a chance meeting with the owners and can count on Amie.

I go to the SportsClips in Carmel (Greyhound Pass) and I really like the staff. I always ask for Caitlyn because she alwasy does a FANTASTIC job.

Sarah the stylist that I see would follow her wherever she goes. I understand that there are company policies to follow, and if someone a regional person comes in they can be dinged for not following company policies. But if one of your guests does not like sports, they should not be forced to sit in a seat that is facing the TV. A guest's preference should be taken into consideration over that of a company policy that forces the guest to face and take in something that they do not care for.
The stylists I go there and specifically request are amazing and always friendly.

Friendly service, hair cut the way I request it to be cut and attention to detail because they note how you want your hair cut where you don't have to tell the person cutting each time.
They take time to give the best haircut and I have always had a great haircut at the Westfield/Carmel location. Very talented at this location. Keep up the good work.
